How do I request a resale certificate?
Resale Certificates are ordered online through Goodwin. There is a fee for these documents and they can be obtained at the following link: Homeowners Portal - Online Payments - Contact Goodwin & Co
What documents are required when selling my home?
All documents that the HOA needs to provide are in the resale document.
Are there transfer fees?
Residents can confirm that through the Resident Care Center, and it should also be included in the resale documents
